Planning Meeting: Yule – 11/12/2017

For those who are interested, there will be a Planning Meeting this Sunday, November 12, for detailed planning discussions about Lyondemere/Gyldenholt Yule (scheduled for December 9, event announcement). The Planning Meeting is scheduled to start promptly at 1 PM.

There are many food establishments nearby where you can pick up lunch. Please do so early, so that we can start the Planning Meeting on time. The plan is to meet outside if the weather is good.
