Greetings! If you would like to join the food plan for GWW, see the details below. We are going to share some wonderful food and company. I’m looking forward to cooking for you all.

Tentative, partial Menu (this may change, but give you the gist of what’s in planning)
- Thursday
- Breakfast: Sous vide do-it-yourself omelet bar, Turkey and pork bacon (I will have a separate pan for the non-pork version)
- Lunch: do-it-yourself sandwiches, cold cuts, bread, cheese, etc. will be provided; Fruit and veggies available to go with meals and as snacks
- Dinner: Smoked chicken with potato leek soup, bread
- Friday
- Breakfast: Sous vide do-it-yourself omelet bar, Turkey and pork bacon (I will have a separate pan for the non-pork version)
- Lunch: do-it-yourself sandwiches, cold cuts, bread, cheese, etc. will be provided; Fruit and veggies available to go with meals and as snacks
- Dinner: Beef roast with root vegetables, bread; sweet course of some type (fruit pie, cheesecake, etc.); sweet course of some type (fruit pie, cheesecake, etc.)
- Saturday
- Breakfast: Pancakes, Turkey and pork bacon (I will have a separate pan for the non-pork version)
- Lunch: do-it-yourself sandwiches, cold cuts, bread, cheese, etc. will be provided; Fruit and veggies available to go with meals and as snacks
- Dinner: Smoked duck with jeweled rice, bread; sweet course of some type (fruit pie, cheesecake, etc.)
- Cost $15 / day
I can accept payment via Paypal or Venmo, or by check if none of those work for you. I would much prefer payment in advance, but if you have to pay in cash at the event, please let me know.
